We’re recruiting for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy team in Morley, Leeds. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of daily operations – supporting customers, coordinating deliveries, and working closely with drivers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
8-hour shifts between 8:00am – 7:00pm
1 hour unpaid break per shift
Flexibility required to cover varying shift patterns
Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers and drivers
Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
Checking on delivery statuses and keeping customers updated
Using in-house systems to schedule and monitor deliveries
Accurately updating records and ensuring information is logged correctly
Working closely with drivers to resolve queries and keep operations running on time
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics (preferred)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new in-house systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
£14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Full training on systems and processes
