Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator – Morley, Leeds

£14.00 per hour | Full-Time | Permanent Opportunity

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy team in Morley, Leeds. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of daily operations – supporting customers, coordinating deliveries, and working closely with drivers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Hours of Work

  • 8-hour shifts between 8:00am – 7:00pm

  • 1 hour unpaid break per shift

  • Flexibility required to cover varying shift patterns

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers and drivers

  • Providing excellent customer service and clear communication

  • Checking on delivery statuses and keeping customers updated

  • Using in-house systems to schedule and monitor deliveries

  • Accurately updating records and ensuring information is logged correctly

  • Working closely with drivers to resolve queries and keep operations running on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics (preferred)

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new in-house systems

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
